With the creation of U.S. Soccer's Digital Coaching Center (DCC), a state-of-the-art online educational platform, coaches can now create a personal profile, register for courses, communicate with technical staff, take part in online courses, create session plans with an online graphics tool, access an archive of U.S. Soccer training sessions and much more.

Talent Identification is responsible for developing scouts to find the best worldwide soccer talent the U.S. has to offer. We are committed to expanding and improving our scouting network through accessible and holistic education, age-appropriate identification, and club outreach. Developing the scouting network enables us to grow the Youth National Team player pool and find youth players with the most talent and potential to build the bright future of U.S. Beach Soccer.
